Earth Harbor Sunshine Dew Review: Sun in A Bottle

Many months ago, I wrote a post on the best natural face washes (recently updated). The goal was to research a bunch of different options and whittle it down to those that 1) are cruelty-free and vegan 2) have clean ingredients and 3) are beloved by reviewers. In order to take original photography for that post, I ended up actually purchasing a lot of the winners of the research. Behold:

Because I found myself with six (seven, actually—one didn’t make it into the photo) natural face washes, I’ve had the opportunity to sample many of them. And the one I’m now on my fourth bottle of? Earth Harbor Sunshine Dew.
Granted, this is the first and only cleansing oil I’ve used, so it’s possible that my skin just responds well to that type of cleanser. But it doesn’t change how amazing this product is. Look at this list of things it has going for it:
And the feeling it gives my skin, ooh la la. Velvety, smooth, and nourished. I’ve always struggled with clogged pores, and this cleanser—counterintuitively, to me, since it’s oil-based—has worked wonders. I use a foaming cleanser in the morning and Sunshine Dew at night and my skin has never looked better.
Now, at about $20 for two ounces, it’s not the cheapest option. But a little goes a long way, and the quality justifies the price in my mind. Take a spin through the ingredients—flawless! Other reviewers seem to feel the same, as it’s got 4.7 out of 5 stars on Amazon.
The bottom line? If you’re looking for a cleanser that is gentle but surprisingly effective, clean, and luxurious, I highly recommend giving this one a whirl.
